Mike Berthold is a very rich and successful busi- ness man, though no one is sure what business he's in! He still goes to Florida every winter and comes back looking like a Cuban — was that Banana Boat lotion”, Mike? Amy Braash, married a military man and enter- tained the Soviet troops during WW III. Ron Bunge never married, but he adopted enough kids to form his own basketball team. Brent Couperus became a professional weight- lifter and won the Mr. Universe title in 1990. Con- gratulations, Brent! Mark Davis became fed up with the rat race” and started his own religion in India. Dale Dobbratz, Todd Gorr, and Jim Selchert be- came an All-Star Wrestling tag team, (watch them on NBC every Sunday afternoon.) Jean Henriott won a Nobel Prize for something. (Those quiet people are always so smart!) Pat Klomsten got her own television aerobics show along with Heidi Heuer, (these girls got such high ratings, Richard Simmons went off the air!) Scott Hiemstra still drives fast, and he took over Schultz Motors in Reeseville so he can have all the free gas he wants! Edward Hinzmann writes scripts at the BBC (Brit- ish Broadcasting Company) for the DOCTOR WHO show. Kevin Leistico is the 8th Doctor to be on the show. Someone who was mistakenly identified as Roni Jakel became the new leader of the Hell's Angels, but is now known that Roni really became a Commercial Artist. Lisa Johll was a Home Ec teacher at Rydell High (wherever that is) but she got fired for demanding that more cooking sherry ought to be in the budget. Wayne Johll beat the Incredible Hulk Hogan on All-Star Wrestling, and is now dating Cyndi Lauper. Jim Jongebloed and Dawn Loomis opened up a florist shop in Milwaukee that turns into a bar after hours. Tom Justman taps into computers and sells top secret information to third world countries. Jay Kaul brews his own beer at home and sells it to minors. Joan Kennedy got to be close friends with Barbara Walters, who got Joan her own talk show on ABC. She married a lawyer with hornrimmed glasses, who occasionally asks Joan for advice on some of his cases. Paul Kennedy made it ! (we always knew you would, dumpling!) Jeff King settled for less. Dorothy Kitelinger became a dental assistant, (she still has that nice smile). Rumor has it she's engaged to the dentist she's working for. Kevin Klages is a good boy” now! When Pink Floyd regrouped in 1995, he became their road man- ager. He's the guy to see about getting backstage passes for their next concert. Cathrine Knudtzon is married to the lead singer from Wham” and lives in Paris. Kevin Kohls did NOT become a high school prin- cipal, he is a very brilliant, if somewhat eccentric scientist. Tom Kolb got everything he wanted by the time he was 25 yrs, and then decided it wasn't REALLY what he wanted. (Don't worry Tom, you're still young!) Jim and Randy Krause are farmers by day and CUA agents by night. Gene Krinke and Tim Neis were never heard from again since they set off to see the entire world by tractor. Donna Kuhlman dyed her hair blonde, and is an assistant for Doug Henning's Magic Show. Stephanie Kulke was a nearly famous stage star until British actor John Cleese told her she had abso- lutely no talent and married her. She still does Shakespeare in the park in London. Becky Kuzniewicz married and lived happily ever after. Janel LeRoy collaborated with Leo Buscaglia on a new book, and also does some psychiatric counseling with Dr. Ruth Westheimer and Dr. Joyce Brothers. (Rumor has it she's going out with a high school Psychology teacher). Max Lindert is still the great guy he was back in high school, only he's richer now and has a better car. Laura Maas owns a bowling alley in Juneau that shows rock videos while you bowl, and serves free beer on Saturday nights. Jay Marquardt took after his brother — bought a nice family-type car, and cruises Juneau with it dur- ing noon hour. Jim Murray does ads for Mr. Coffee with Joe Di- Maggio. John Nehls never has been and never will be, related to Tamara Nehls. Tammy Nehls got a gold in the '92 Olympics, and will give her former fellow class members discounts

on overseas travel packages. Dan Netzer owns Seaman's Rec, of course! Kimi Neuberger and her husband, Al, star in the new “Leave it to Beaver series with their two sons. Gary Pearson lives in Arizona with a dog, a cat and his girlfriend ?) Robert Percifield is still a pessimist, and argues more than ever. Paul Peterman apologized to Miss Sullivan for be- ing so wild during his study halls in the library, and now they send Christmas cards to each other every year. Diane Quest is still married to her husband Dale (who is a salesman of some sort) and they play bridge with Doris Schuett and her hubby Mike Szopinski every Wednesday. They also take their children to rock concerts once a month. Jean Reedy still gets called “Weiner . Jim Riege studied the works of Confucious and tries to convert people in airports. Lisa Rohde is leading the exciting life of a court reporter in Mad Town, USA. Debbie Roy and her daughter moved to San Fran- cisco where they collect favorite recipes of the stars and compile them into cookbooks. Joel and Mark Saeger are still brothers. Jerald Schaalma was very upset when he heard there wouldn't be a Friday the 13th part 24, and is loose in the world killing famous movie directors and producers. John Schultz became a famous movie director and John Wienke became a famous producer. Rest in Peace boys. Sue Schaeffer and Rick Springfield are a husband and wife, singer-songwriter duo. Wendy Schmidt finally found the right guy. Brenda Schoenwetter is currently the President of the Ladies Aid in Lowell. Amy Schoonhoven took over Rambow Studios when Mr. Rambow passed away to that great big film processing booth in the sky. Audra Schultz is still wearing that Santa Claus hat to parties. (I bet she wears it to our next class re- union!) Bruce Sharp made it big, but is slowly losing his sanity! Jackie Skolaski and Scott Stiller realized they were deeply in love, married and now own their own bar in Juneau. Jeff Steuber took guitar lessons and plays bass for Prince and the Revolution. Marguarite Soter won a trip to the Carribean, a bedroom set, and a new car on the PRICE IS RIGHT! Lisa Vredeveld and Dalene Wiese are regulars at all the local summer picnics. (Stop and see Dalene sometime in the dunk tank!) You will never guess who Keith Wegner married. Jennifer Weiss started out acting in a small role on “Days of Our Lives but now she directs all the sit. corns, on NBC and choreographs a Broadway musi- cal once in a while. Brian Westphal's car got stolen . . . and he got mad. Gaye Westphal's dreams came true. Although, it is said she gets a little grumpy on the days she doesn't get all her “strokes . Theresa Yuenger lives in Malibu and is a very prominent oceanographer. Dan Zirbel married a Chinese girl, because she made him feel tall! So where do we go from here '85er's? Class Prophecy 17
