Luq TIME: 1957-1958 CLASS: Seamen Cjuniorsj PURPOSE: To become Seniors OFFICERS: President - Albert Muscari Vice President - Richard Ripps Secretary-Treasurer - Marie Zevola COMMENTS: The voyage is half over . . . Many of the boys in Varsity Sports . . . Fabulous dance, that is fish party, Hawaiian Hoke- lau with terrinc decorations and pineapple served on toothpicks . . . National Honor Society Inductions-the admiralty is selected . . . The day finally comes to select our Senior rings . . . Student Council cam- paigns and elections from which Albert Muscari emerges the good ship's captain'. . . Class elections also held-then the ship's ofhcers are given command . . . Dave Cleverdon is chosen as our good will am- bassador to Austria . . . Last but not least comes our junior Prom- Moonlit Gardens . . . Beautiful decorations such as Japanese lanterns, real trees, lovely flowers . . . We will never forget our Junior year! TIME: 1958-1959 CLASS: Old Salts CSeniorsJ PURPOSE: To graduate OFFICERS: President - Tom O'Reilly Vice President - Marie Zevola Secretary - Kathy Sullivan Treasurer - Neal Baker COMMENTS: Foreign visitor, Evelyn Spranger, comes on board to share the last of the voyage with us . : . First main event-receiving our class rings at last, officially Seniors, with Senior privileges . . . just sittin' in the Balcony . . . September 50th, Bear Mountain for a fabulous Senior Day-the aches are to come later . . . The red tape starts early for hopeful graduates-ordering announcements, personal cards, measuring for robes . . . How can we ever forget all those great Senior get togethers? . . . Terrific ability in Varsity sports shown by V.I.P.'s such as Tom O'Reilly, Dave Carroll, George Graham and Babe Grande, our leading captains . . . Under Captain Tom's leadership, the Seniors chart a new course by having the Senior Ball in February rather than in December . . . Far off Broadway production of Charley's Aunt . . . Working on the Yearbook in the Library Annex? . . . Last banquet aboard ship-Senior Dinner . . .
