DHS Football Super Squad The 1979-80 varisity football cheerleaders truly had something to cheer about this year. The Dukes advanced farther in their season than they had in a number of years and their exciting games drew large crowds full of spirit and support. These local fans helped to make the girls's job a little easier, yet they still spent long hours inventing routines. The practices were full of fun, though, and the cheerleaders had many good times.
