Foreword As the enrollment of Dixon High School becomes greater each year, the search to be recognized as an indi- vidual also seems to grow. Thinking solitude is the key to the answer, the youths of today are seeking them- selves and because they forget that the solution cannot be found alone, many are unsuccessful in their first at- tempt. But as teenagers grow, they realize their search can be greatly simplified by reaching out to another person. When youths try, they produce admirable re- sults without fail. When one sees the result of youths joining hands, he becomes confident there will be a new tomorrow and a brighter day. Choosing the theme of reaching out, the DIXONIAN staff has adapted it in portraying your lives as students at DHS. We have attempted to show your accomplish- ments of this past year as you were reaching out in the various facets of education.
