Senior History The senior class, after much hard work as underclassmen, has been able to devote their time to setting a good example for the under- classmen, advising the student body, contribut- ing to its enrichment, and enjoying their last year as high school students. The class of 1955 as freshmen decorated for Baccalaureate and sponsored a dance: as sopho- mores they decorated for graduation, sponsored the Sock Hop, and sold magazine subscriptions, as juniors they sponsored the lunior Prom, fi- nanced the Senior Banquet, sponsored the lun- ior Carnival, and decorated a flower booth at the May Fair. These projects performed by the class of N355 under the supervision of Mr. Wes- ley O'Neill were all successful. As seniors the class stole away to a secret hideaway for their skip day in the spring. Games, swimming, and boating were enjoyed by all the seniors on this much looked forward to skip day. Combining the banquet with the Senior Ball, the class enjoyed an extremely fine evening for dining and dancing at the Clare- mont Hotel in Berkeley. This senior class will be missed, but the school looks forward to hearing of their accomplish- ments in the years to come. it ,ff
