A class, no matter what grade or size, needs direction — someone to guide them toward their goals. Our yearbook is dedicated to the man who gave us that guidance. For in the almost three years he was our advisor, Mr. Emeritz devoted a lot of his time and energy to our class. He gave us a lot more of himself, his character, thoughts, ideals, than we expected or at times de- served. We were very sad to see him leave during the beginning of our senior year, because he had become more than just an advisor, he had become our friend. A friend we will always remember. We hope that this gesture expresses our thanks and sincere appreciation for all you have done for us and with us. Although he was our class advisor for only a short seven months, Mr. Festante helped guide us through oui most important year. He took on both the problems and pleasures of our senior year with sincere willingness, interest and unselfishness.
