Four seniors and two juniors attended S.S.C.A. in Chicago this summer to better their religious outlook. They Were, left to right: Claudia Cher- ney, lo Baier, Mary Ann Zwaslca, Kathy l-loran, Marge Arndorfer and Diane Kuplinger. Summer Sodality unit leaders, Cathy Horan, Marge Arndorfer, Claudia Cherney and Madeleine Mueller, look over their projects, - iiwfg ' The Sodality includes about half of the student body in its membership. One year, usually the freshman year, is set aside for probation Sodality. ln this organization, volunteer Sodalists instruct potential mem- bers in Sodality rules and practices. The entire Sodality is divided into units of about lU to l2 girls, each with a leader. These groups meet once a Week and dis- cuss religious problems and activities. Each unit adopts a poor family, residing in the city which it helps both materially and spiritually. all her Ways. . These girls displayed beauty as Well as modesty in their formals in a Sodality style show designed to show that a woman is always attractive when she is Mary-like.
