Enrichment Through English: Advance One Square Every year the English teachers try their utmost to make their classes more interesting. Some of this year's English classes are rather unconven- tional and as a result have very en- thusiastic students. fTlrs. Shipp's Applied Creativity students sometimes wonder about her sanity when she assigns very unusual projects but all agree that the class is never boring. Honors English is a new course for freshmen who are especially adept in the subject and is designed to help them reach their potential. Various literature classes help to enrich students' knowledge and to give them a background in many cultures and styles of writing. From Basic Comp to Business English to Science Fiction, all classes offer students challenge, change, and a chance for advancement in the vast subject of English.
