The band thought they would be working under a handicap this year due to graduation of Kay Bearden but Jerry Vandiver has proved himself quite capable f filling the place as drum major. The drum major majorette, Mary Ann Witt, should know a lot of new stunts this year, because both took' instruction from Ted Otis, drum major in the movie STARS AND STRIPES FOREVER.
