s 1 Mr. Mikels is our principal this year after having served as our commercial teacher for the past four years. He has an AB degree from Canterbury and a MS from Indiana University. Mr Mikels is a World War II veteran and his home town is Lafayette. Although this is his first principalship experience, we feel that he has done an excellent job, and we extend our thanks to him for the part that he has played in our lives for the past five years. May your future years be as pleasant as those which we have endured under your supervision. J. W. Stevens, our efficient trustee was elected to the office in 19146 and rc- elected 1950. Mr. Stevens operates a farm near Dillsboro when not busy with the task of performing the duties of a trustee. We feel Mr. Stevens is capable, understanding and constantly striving to improve the school to the best of his ability. W. B. Wilson was elected county Superin- tendent by the trustees of Dearborn County in 1950 and re-elected in 1952. Mr. Wilson has taught over 30 years and was Superintendent of Milan High School.
