CAM YM! We, the class of 1949 being sounder in our mind than could be expected after four strenuous years in high school, do hereby make our last will and testament. We now feel it is our privilege to bequeath our store of treasures with our innumerable duties to those individuals who merit our consideration. First to Mr. Cairns and all members of the faculty, we express our appreciation, and extend our gratitude for the aid they have given in our four years of school. We give them the right to use more strict rules on the Seniors of next year. To the Junior Class, we leave our ability to make good grades by using our common sense. Also all of our conceited ways. To the Sophomore Class, we leave our ability to obey all rules, and hereby will all our best wishes, to be as good as we were. To the Freshman Class, we will the ability to become a 'Sophisticated Senior. In case you need it, we'll also will you our sophistication. To Ernie Knigga, our custodian, we will all our ill manners, our messes, and all our old books. To Marvin Warner, Delmar Stevens wills his ability to stay home on weekends. To Faye Ann Wright, Evelyn Westmeyer wills her ability to have quiet ways. Make use of them Faye! To Mary Utter, Eleanor Snyder wills all her Bills and the ability to be sociable. To Bobby Heitmeyer, Leland Scudder wills his wavy hair, also his self-control. i To Laverne Cutter, Eileen Kelly wills her slimness and all the doll dresses in the Dottie Dell Shop. To Maxine Knigga,Thelma Knigga wills all her dates on school nights witha certain Aurora boy, and also her natural curly hair. To Donna Turner, Leola Housemeyer wills her ability to make those doughnuts with holes. She also leaves all her Shorties. To Nancy Shelton, Elaine Gerkepott wills her ability to get along without men. To David Graver, Dale Naegele wills his ability to be a woman-hater. To Dorothea Rump, Pauline Kuhlman wills a bus to sort of 'Link'-things together with Friendship and Dillsboro. To Peggy Elder, Loretta Cutter wills her ability to push and pull plugs on the switch- board. Also her ability to predict the future. To Johnny Johns, Paul Vornheder wills the Health Resort after his retirement from there. To Helen Luke, Nellie Ann Davies wills her ability to go steady, To Bobby Caldwell, Paul Kissel wills his ability as digger. To Jo Ann Scott, Shirley Cash wills her old cameras and flash bulbs. To Ardell Cleeter, Gracie Jackson wills the book entitled 'How To Eat, and Stay Slim. To Gerald Knigga, Paul Kissel wills his false teeth.
