A l bert Pearsall Echoes From Greenleaf School We look with pride at the new addition to our school and with hearts full of appreciation and gratitude we wish to thank our Superintendent, Mr. Ray Armstrong and the W. P. A. for making this addition possible. At the close of the first Semester an exhibit of all the work of the children was on display, in the school auditorium. This Culmination received much praise and was a Symbol of the fine workmanship on the part of the children. The Parents of the P. T. A. in order to raise money for the Bus Project staged a play entitled How Home Mission Came to Helen. The amount raised from this play was 38.60. 'This amount was turned over to the treasurer. At this time we wrsh to thank our parents for their splendid cooperation. A On Monday night, May 17, our annual school closing took place in the form of a Japanese Operetta, entitled O Cho San. At this time Walter Thompson was awarded the Pilot's Medal for having the highest Scholarship and deportment. Claud Yelyerton received the School prize for being the most useful boy. The school year 1936-37 has passed with great success and we look forward to the coming year with hopes for a brighter and better year.
