Large staff edits annual. S 4 3 E Annual staff membership grew to 10 with members coming from all classes except Freshmen. Annual staff decided to do something different this year by undertak- ing a listing of all DHS graduates. The staff found it a tiresome and sometimes frustrating activity. They contacted people from each class andconsulted past references to arrive at the list in the back of this yearbook. It covers the years 1904 to 1977. This proved to be a reward- ing and worthwhile experience and the staff learned a lot of new names of former Lane County residents. Because of last year's National Celebra- tion and Bicentennial theme this year's theme of Lane Cotmty and its Charac- teristics was chosen.
