PRESIDENT EMERITUS CHARLES E. SCOTT Dr. Charles E. Scott is a native of Missouri. He came to North Dakota in l922 to head the Department of Edu- cation at the Dickinson Normal School. He went to Minot Normal School to be Director of Training in l927. On August l,l939, he was appointed president of the college at Dickinson. He retired from that posi- tion on August l, l959. Dr. Scott now serves as coordinator of the college entrance programs for the State Board of Higher Education.
