JOSEPH SCHVVARTZ, Presirlent - History of Class of 1927 On the afternoon of September 18, 1924, this class of embryo lawyers was ushered into Smith Memorial Auditorium, in Trickett Hall, of the Dickinson School of Law Here, we were officially introduced to Dean Trickett and the other members of the faculty We departed from that meeting with a realization that we were here to work for lengthy ass1gn4ments were made for the next day For the most part many have been diligent while others have neglected to make the best use of their time in connection with the study of law In the various activities of a less serious nature we have taken a prominent part both socially and in the realm of sport Many of our class have become members of the several clubs and fratern 1t1es We have had representatives on the Varsity football team, the .lun 1or Varsity basketball team, and it being rather early in the season to predict who may represent us in baseball tennis and track yet, we have every reason to believe that several of our class mates will garn honors in these sports How many of our class will assemble in Trickett Hall this coming Septem ber only the future will tell Let us hope that a goodly number of us will sur vrve the test 1n June HISTORIAN 4 KMXXSN XX NXN N kX WNN N . . . , . . e . . .
