You have inherited rich achievements. The skeins of future history are yours. With wisdom and acumen .you must weave these threads into the fabric of tomorrow. Technical knowledge alone will not suffice. Integrity of purpose, liberality of spirit, and devotion to country and to God, are all a part of the looming.
