They exist in the minds of us as persons who are living in a world quite apart from the students' worldg we think of them as sitting in an office dictating college policies or standing in front of a class delivering a lecture. Actually the Hlittle worldw of the faculty and administration and the Hlittle world of the students are one and the same. This is the microcosm of Dickinson College, and faculty and students alike are working toward its improvement.
