The play concerned two college chums, one a forward chap-fond of Girls, the other quite Girl-shy. The latter despite his bashfulness managed to fall in love with a beautiful girl, His father very alarmed on hearing of this complicated matters by attempting to kidnap the young lady. His father's choice was a rather snobish debutante, whom the Hero disliked. After many laughs provided by involved situations throughout, the play was brought to a happy and joyful conclusion. C laaiwlmi Miss Rudnitsky, Mr. Kelly, I. Hoffman, O'Toole, Daly The Night Watch Advisory Board was organized in the Spring of 1935. The purpose of this board is to direct the policies of the Night Watch. Top row-Left to right: Miss Murphy, Mr. Kelly, Miss Rudnitsky, Mr. O'Sullivan. Lower row-Left to right: j. Langley, R. Gilbert, I. Hoffman, J. Daly, J. O'Toole. Miss Murphy, faculty adviser of the Night Watch, assisted both groups, while Mr. Budenbender aided in the selection of the staff. In accordance with the plan devised in the spring of 1935 the Advisory Board assumed control of the Night Watch in September of that year. The awarding of staff positions through competitive examinations is one of the most important functions assigned to the committee. An increase in the size of the paper and the inclusion of select advertising matter, are a few of the more concrete innovations approved by this board. Eighty-nine
