The Girls' team has been organized for the purpose of allowing the girls an opportunity to make themselves outstanding in the sport. Since the inauguration in February, 1931. the Basketball team has. each year, played an exhibition game with the Alumni. This year the teams were evenly matched and the game was a most exciting one. Scerbo u In their contests the Track and Field Team have labored and have found not only friendship, sportsmanship and physical benefits, but have also won many honors for their Alma Mater. The Track and Field Team have competed in three meets held during the indoor season, and scored in two of the three. The outdoor track and field season culminated in the Metropolitan Evening School Track and Field Meet.
