-. A Passion For Fashion l In the beginning, there was the fig leaf. Back then, no one knew that clothing was supposed to do more than protect you from the ele- ments .. Now, of course, it's a well known fact that clothes are sup- posed to represent personality as well as pop eyes. Most DH-Jers just dressed com- forably - jeans and T-shirts, khaki's and sweats. It's better to feel good than look good cited Toan Dinh. Some, however, put their com- fie's in moth balls this year. Style ' reigned supreme. Polos, Topsiders, Calvins, Nikes, jams, stirrup pants, 0.P.s, Reeboks, crop pants, jellies fand the list goes onl were the rage - THE OUTRAGE! Even parents were surprised when their teenagers opted for psy' chodellic paisley pants, reminiscent of Woodstock. Faculty members certainly were unaccustomed to seeing students in shorts. And as always, students were un- accustomed to seeing other stu- dents wearing identical threads . . . TOP RIGHT? Fashion isn't Mrs. Morales passion. lt's Diana Charles'.
