Angie Hector is the Choir Princess for the 1983-84 school year. Angie is a talented first soprano and plans to major in music in college. She has been a member of the Acappella Choir for three years. Her escort for the evening was Gerald Guzman. Angie’s court consisted of Danica Col- yer, a junior, who was escorted by Travis Dean. Heidi Stause was escorted by Scott Hastings. She is a sophomore. Larry Gilbow escorted freshman Leah Wright. Becky Chris- tian, another freshman, was escorted by Keith Talkington. Sondra Kirby was nominated to the court by the chorus. Angie was excited about being selected Choir Princess. “People don’t believe that being elected Choir Princess is as important as something like a homecoming queen, but it is to me because music is my life,” says Angie. 22
