'IMIIIMIIMIIINUI As time for leav1ng acqualntances behind draws near, a person often stops to wonder what these friends w1ll be doing in the years that lay ahead Th1B one thought occurred to me recently so l recorded the 1ollow1ng acoount of the life of each memker of the 1950 Senior tlass as lt was revealed to me ln my mo ment of wonder1ng The time is 1960 tenth anniversary of the 1950 Senior Class Shlrley tourson 1s seen to be the Dean ot a newly bullt college in Dewar Among the faculty are Kenneth Bonham billy Goodman, and Donald Stanke Phllip Henry is the Chlef janitor of the college Bonn1e Moore, a patient old maid,1s still trying to p1ck a husband out of her large var1ety of admirers Now and then the former Imogene Walker, a con tented housewlfe, comes up to g1V6 Bonn1e a sisterly y1606 of advlce on select ing a man Claude Evans is now the pastor of the new lethodlst Church in Dewar Patricia Lairmore has a steady job now th t she has changed her name, she 18 rearing a football team for her Dear Old Alma Mater Mr and Mrs Watson formerly H185 Jack1e Morgeson and Mr Jlm Watson,are now the proud owners of the biggest department store ln our nelghboring town of husa Mary Friend has undergone a delicate operat1on to have her giggwrzemoved Doctors have been studymng and preparing for thls operatlon for several years Thomas Dlllard, Dewar's most available bachelor, is still patiently wa1t ing for Nellie Toffier, who for the past ten years has been struggllng for her Doctor Degree at St1llwater A d I Billy Spencer is now band leader of the world's most famous western swlng band 'Oklahoma Rhythm R1ders Edward Collins is the leader of the 'Drlve Safely' O8mPB1gU,8tlFtiDg next week He was elected for his flawless dr1ving record James Redford has enrolled as a senior 1D the high school again thls year Nhat determination!
