P K The Devine Warhorses won second place in District 29-AA track and field meet at the Pearsall stadium. Pearsall was over all winner of the meet. Levi Bendele placed first in the 180 yard dash, Jimmy Olivares won first in the mile run, and Cyril Van Damme placed first in the discus throw ing The Warhorses sent four men to the region- al track and field meet held at Victoria where Jack Peterson won a third place in the 880 yard dash.
