CLASS HISTORY In the year nineteen hundred forth-eight, we, the Freshman class, were the largest in the school, numbering $3. This came upon us when the Sophomores made the girls wear overalls and shirts backwards; the boys had to wear one of their mother's dresses. Here everyone enjoyed games, dancing, and eating. At the turn of the half century, we turned into a class of 48 Juniors. We gained Gene Trenkamp, Robert Wink, and Sarah Jane Fisher. Paul Cordes, Gene Thompson, and Jerry Wolfe with- drew, Gene Gourley moved, and Robert lulfs and Dick Williams joined the Array. We expected a very bv.-vy year, so two advisors.
