The eighth grade baseball team ar et amngammmpay was expected to do great this year. Most of last year's first place team kids returned to tryouts. The coaches were proud of the turnout at tryouts and said, We had a dif- ficult time choosing the players. The 1987 team had a successful season last year and this year's team was hoping to do just as well. As 'W r always, the DSMS sluggers per- formed well.
