HHHHH . ' x IB IHHIHHHHI HI Hi - 1 1 1 I H The 1964-65 sports year has been one of the finest in Tech ' s history. As always, our athletes have been leaders in sportsmanship, citizenship and interschool relations as well as in their aca- demic studies. Through their hard work and determination they have earned city and state acclaim, and have brought honor to themselves and to their school. The football field, the basketball court or the baseball diamond, however, are not the only places where there is room for honor. And, this year, our spectators have also commanded respect and admiration from all for the fine sportsman- ship displayed by them before and after our athletic contests. The more than 100 letters awarded to our athletes for their participation in football, wrest- ling, golf, tennis, basketball, baseball, cross coun- try, swimming, cheerleading, and track are but a small measure of the thanks we owe them for the memories of the exciting times and chances for companionship that they have afforded us during the year.
