Serena, l-listorian, Mrs. Mclielvey, Advisor A Sylvester, Secretary. gfass of 254 We First entered the halls of Derry eagerly anticipating the lun we would have while learning to prepare for the future, Gur freshmen year we elected ollicers as follows: Philip Rupert, President, Pat Kurtz, Vice-President, Anna Barron, Secretary, Marigrace l lensler, Treasurer, and Ed Serena, l-listorian, Other HV. l. P.'s were Joan Chocltla, Cheerleader, and Marigrace Hensler, Student Council member, We made our debut in the form of an assembly in which we presented a play, Wilbur's Wild Night. We gained recognition by winning first prize for our Float in the Homecoming Day Parade. We very anxiously returned, our sophomore year. This time our officers were: Anna Barron, President, Bill Dillon, Vice-President, Jorge Rhodes, Secretary, and Phyllis lvlcflune, Treasurer. ivlarigrace l-lensler was again elected to the Student Council. Qur third year was one ol excitement and activity. Qur officers were: l-lerb Boyer, President, Jorge Rhodes, Vice-President, Bill Dillon, Secretary, and Wess Palmer, Treasurer. Qur Student Council member was Anna Barron, and because we were upperclassmen, we could elect two additional members, they were Patty Pollard and Shirley Rupert. We presented our Prom, Moonlight and Rosesf' which was a huge success. We also enjoyed practicing for our class play, MCn the Beam. And then, the big day Finally arrived when we became Seniorsl We were happy, but still in our hearts we felt lcind of sorry that this would be our last year at DBHS. l lerb Boyer was again elected President, Pete l.anza, Vice-President, Anita Sylvester, Secretary, and Fred Galosi, lreasurer. Gur Student Council members remained the same as the previous year, Though we never had a dull moment, we bid farewell to our Alma Mater with damp eyes ....
