0l 8 DUO! Ljq YEARBOOK is published to preserve the memories of school life so that one may sit down and recall the events of his high school career. Whether they be amusing or not these memories form life's treasure chest in later years. Events ofthe school year are brought to- gether in this annual in pictures and write- ups. The editors of the '54 yearbook have attempted to convey some of the outstanding happenings of the school year - dances, games, pep-assemblies, classes, organiza- tions, faculty and of course the seniors. Bringing all this material together is a difficult task and would not have been pos- sible without the cooperation of the whole student body and faculty. The Sentinel Staff of '54 hopes that its task was accomplished and that the results of their efforts, The Sentinel '54 will be well received by the whole student body and faculty.
