CLASS Hl TORY The Freshman Class of 1950, consisting of forty-two boys and forty eight girls, started the year with a Thanksgiving Get Acquaintedv party at the Depew Boys' Club on the 22nd of November, 1949. W'ith everyone having a very enjoyable time, lllrs. Mary Dombrowski, our class advisor, and our class officers planned another dance. It was held on March 17th, and another enjoyable time was had by all. The class looked anxiously forward to a formal dance on May 26th which took the place of the dance formerly held on graduation night. Our graduation was a thrilling affair as, for the first time in the history of our school, we received diplomas while wearing caps and gowns. 46 'Warne Baiher Secretary CLASS 0F 1'-5 l Mrs Allce Poynton Richard Boorum Vlce I resident .IOSPph Schultz Class Advlsor Presulent 47 David Xewlands Treasurer Top rou E Makowskx D 'Newlands J Schultz R Tunberlake W borenflo D lllbbs lf bled llhddle row S Williams A Brill D Conu ,I Muller J Clllllllllllg 9 Hodan li Srhmult L Kotchvara C Sobon Bottom rou L Hardy 'Nl Wilson J Albert ,l Schneeberger I Sclnllm Top row R Erhardt W Schultz ll Iollouse V Stachura R Campbell XX lmrlur I4 lxlme D Taylor llluldle rou D Ellington A lxamlnslu M Swartmood li Nlattlnv-. ll llatker G Dawes E Kent T lilaszkowlak R Burgno Bottom row D Iyll 5 Small D 'Vlayne N bmnth J Schneeberger M Babcock C Blackstone R Boorum 48 .. .
