Calvin College M.A. University of Michigan Seniors: Within a short time after this year's Torch has appear ', your four years of Christian High School education will have come to an end. They have been four years of m' d experience for you - all of which has contributed to your Christian character development. A new world of experience and challenge will be opening before you after you have completed your stay here. Your years of learning will be put to use in your chosen field. You'll be entering the stream of adult living to carry forward the thoughts, principles, and ideals which have been entrusted to you. There are a few things we ask you to remember after you leave here. Remember the goals and aims that were laid before you in the classroom. Remember your teachers, and especially the thought and learning they tried to leave with you. Remember also that the prayers and best wishes of the faculty, the board, and your parents go with you always. In whatever field or vocation you choose, remember that you are one of God's and that you have been entrusted with certain talents by Him. We expect you to use those talents in His service, regardless of your field of work. May God bless you to that end. The Board of Trustees takes this opportunity to ex- tend its hearty congratulations to the members of the fifth graduating class of the Denver Christian High School. We want you to know that we are proud of you, for you are the product of our finest effort. We want you to know too, that we are hopeful of you. The torch we now hold must soon pass to your hands, and we rest assured that you will carry it higher, farther, and with greater dignity. We hope that in coming years you will make an effort to appraise this institution critically, and give us the benefit of your criticism. Finally, we want you to know that we are trustful of you, confident that whatever you do and wherever you may go, you will always demonstrate to those about you that you have sat at the Master's feet.
