SENIOR CLASS OFFICERS Gaye Theus, secretary; Becky Thompson, reporter; Larry Shaw, president;. Rachel Fellers, treasurer; Steve Dearwent, vice president. Our last year High school is gaining knowledge, promoting good citizenship, practicing fair play and making friends. It is striving for the achievement of long-sought goals and aspirations. One's senior year is special in this respect. It is the culmination of all these efforts. Grad- uation is the horizon of our high school days. We stand here in our caps and gowns and clutch our diplomas tightly, feeling proud, yet overwhelmed with nostalgia. Walking through the cor- ridors for the last time, we glance backward once more, only to hear the echoes of our resound- ing footsteps. Never can we experience that portion of our youth again. But we are not mel- ancholy, for the future is bright and we are ready for the challenge life presents. 28
