The lohnsonian of Winthrop College sponsors Miss Hi Miss who is selected by the faculty on the basis of scholarship, leadership, and personal attractiveness. Moni.ka's activities include: Dents-Events staff, COUGAR '63 staff, National Honor Society member, an Most Intellectual Senior Superlative. JU IOR CLASS MISS HI MISS Connie Chcvvning This year for the first time a junior was also chosen as a Miss Hi Miss. Connie Chewning was selected for this honor. 'This selection was madel on the same basis as the Senior Miss Hi Missa Both girls enjoyed the experience of being a guest at Winthrop College.
