Say it with balloons i Balloons, Balloons, Balloons! It seems that everywhere you look, you ee balloons. Balloons have become a very big fad this year. Instead of lowers, it's balloon bouquets, or balloon-o-grams. Whether it's to advertise yearbook sales, decorate Homecoming loats, or just to send to someone you secretly admire, balloons seem to -e very handy. This year, Student Council sold balloon-o-grams for 55.00 They in- luded four or five balloons, candy, streamers, and personalization.
