Sufzeainlen l A superintendent of a lligh School should be a person of deep understanding, patience, and leader- ship. lVe, the staff, feel that lklr. Patterson has these qualities. Not onee has he failed in his line of duty either to the teachers or to the students. He assumed his share of responsibility and always performs his tasks to the very best of his ability. Pain ' - X Ya. lklr. Calhoun, whom we all affeetionxtely call Prof, is universally liked by the students and faculty. No one can ever doubt his loyalty to the school and to all those connected with it. His interest in our aetivities never wavers, and each of us feels free to talk with him about all of our problems whether they be trivial or serious. At times his tasks must be almost too great for one man, but Prof simply smiles and shakes his head and then goes about whatever work he has before him with never a mumur of complaint.
