Joan Locke, Marge Champeau, Grace Shusta, Florence Wanish, Willette Yindra, Gertrude Lacenski. 2. Mr. Trachte, Miss Ott, Mary Maurer, Shirley Ann Leitch, Loretta Johnson, Carol Chvala, Rose Marie Ferry, Ellen Banta. 1. Jerry Reetz, Elwin Marlow, Phyllis Jacobson, Eunice Wollak, Darwin Johnsen, Donna Halada, Laverne Brey, Jack Goessl. An 'A' rating was received by Carol Chvala for her humorous decla- mation, while Ellen Banta and Darwin Johnsen both received second places in extemporaneous reading and orations respectively.
