UPLRINTENDENT MECKLLNBURG I believe everyone of us has at sometime or other looked toward some one person as an ideal or example and from whom we set a pattern for our own behavior. In a like manner we ourselves must recog- nize the fact that we are also being looked up to by other adults and children as their ideal. It is up to us to set a pattern of courtesy thought- iulness ability, and forthrightness that will illustrate or represent to other people how we really would want them to be.
