Superintendents, Helping Students Aehieve an Education The policy of the superintendents is providing education so that Denison students can achieve the most they possibly can for themselves. Dr. Chance and Dr. Ford go through the lunch line to eat in the cafeteria (a). Mr. Vaughn R. Smith (b), assistant superintendent for business services, is in charge of budgeting, taxation (in connection with the tax office). payroll, and all purchasing for the school district.
