The Y-Teen Spring Formal is an annual event looked forward to by all of the Y-Teens as one of the main parties of the year. Junior Y-Teens The Junior Y-Teens accepted and upheld the meaning of their symbol, a triangle within a circle. The three sides of the triangle represent a perfect body, a keen mind and a Christlike spirit. The circle represents a personality as it touches others in work, fellowship, and worship. As the body, mind, and spirit grow, then shall the personality grow also. To develop a keen mind, a perfect body, a Christlike spirit, and a glowing personality is the desire of each Y-Teen.

Each member worked hard so that she might live up to the challenge and standards set by the Y-Teen Code. The receiving of the Cup of Complete Womanhood is always a coveted honor based on character development, scholarship, and participation in Y-Teen work. 25

Sophomore Y-Teens Keeping their minds on the code, Gracious in manner, impartial in judgment, reverent to God, the sophomore Y-Teens remember the Swing-in, when they were initiated as pledges, and the Recognition Service when they became recognized members of the organization. Their first large project was decorating the cafeteria for the Y-Teen Spring Formal. Swing-in is a big occasion for Sophomore Y-Teens. Here, some sophomore girls are being initiated into the club.
