Every picture, every line of copy, every piece of art work is familiar to us. When the final copy is mailed to the printer, the many hours that have jealously claimed our time since September are over. In later years, while turning these pages, if you should recall the many smiles, sorrows, and dreams of 758, we shall be content, knowing we have done the thing we were called upon to do. He is a well known and Well loved person of high esteem among the stu- dents of Senior High School. It is difficult to express the significance of the things he does and stands for because they represent those intangible qualities which so enrich the character and improve the mind. In sincere respect we dedicate the 1958 YELLOW JACKET to our Mr. J. S. Kimble. Ui5OL'5 'Q N- 'xAfmllL ,tif irrk A fCC2,1 4 v ' 5' f0L.fYj'1, I L 1 Q. !lfC'l' ggi D an Fr ki 'z f ,LMI li A A .. Doudney had heen at Denison Sen ior High for only a short time, he had made a lasting im- pression on our school. We are fortunate to have felt the warmth of his friendship and to have benefited from his spirit. He was one of those rare individuals who are liked hetter as each day passes. We have lost a friendly, sympa- thetic teacher. We will greatly miss him as a teacher and as a friend. The staff regrets that this page has the position in the book that it has. At the time of Mr. Doudney's death, the book had been so planned that it was impossible to put the memorial in the desired place.
