The club meets once a week with several teams having prepared formal debates to be given at the meeting. These debates tend to increase interest in the club and arouse a greater interest in world affairs. Gaining Self-Confidence The Speech Club strives to combine knowledge with the ability to express clearly, opinions in humorous as well as in serious situations. All The Vfforlclls A Stage The Thespian Society is a service organization of students created for the advancement of dramatic arts. The club advises the student concerning such items as play productions, stage equipment, and other phases of dramatics. Before a student can qualify for membership, he must have participated in a given number of school plays and other activities.
