Bub Babcock went out for Var- sity ball for the first time in his senior year and proved to be an excellent rebounding de- fense man and sharp shooter. His teammates voted him Most Improved Player of the year. Senior Mike Little was a con- sistent starter during the cage season, Possessing the ability to play fast, defensive ball and score when needed most made Mike a valuable asset to the team, Stuffing a basketball was one of the many great abilities that Pat Galley displayed during basketball season Pat, a second ,year senior player proved his worth as a strong starter and versatile back-up man.

Seniors Contribute Experience To Team Senior Lyle Lester has played Varsity ball for two years. Re- spected and admired by his teammates, Lyle was voted as team captain and served the squad as a strong player and morale booster, to help them through many difficult games, Mark Alman, a second year man on the squad, was the man on the move during basketball season, Always coming through in a tough situation, Mark worked hard generating team drive that he himself displayed, Mark shared the position of team captain with Lyle and was selected as 2nd team All-KVA guard,
