BDARD OF TRUSTEES of the Institutions of Higher Learning of the State of Mississippi By constitutional amendment, the government of Delta State College and of the other institutions of higher learning of the State of Missis- sippi is vested in a Board of Trustees appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate. The twelve members of this Board are appointed to terms of twelve years, in groups of four each four years of whom one is appointed from each of the old seven Con- gressional Districts, one from each of the three Supreme Court Dis- tricts, and two from the State-at-large. There are no ex officio members. The Board of Trustees selects officers from its membership and ap- points the Executive Head of Delta State College. MEMBERS WHOSE TERMS EXPIRE MAY 7, 1972 E.
