Presenting the First Diploma President William Marion Kethley, second President of the Delta State Teachers College, presents the first diploma to Miss Mary Eliza- beth Bedwell, Cleveland, Mississippi, while Dean William Howard Zeigel, the first Dean of the Delta State Teachers College, looks on. The first diploma was given Miss Bedwell of the Class of 1928 in con- sideration of her splendid record.
