i A ANNA WIEGAND Anna has finally found the Winner (after attending Central and Burlington Central). As one of our Supreme Court Judges, she is a member of the U.N. Club and is on the Yearbook Staff. Anna plans to use her authority and condemn Hamilton. ADRtANA CRUGNALE Adriana ' s eyes wander around looking for a young teacher as she walks in the school corridors. She tries very hard to get what she wants. She is forever mentioning Pierre in order to get an introduction. Her aim is to be a teacher-but she will never teach Math or Chemistry. JOHANNA WIEGAND Jo , an import from Germany, is our bouncing V.P. Between her black book and working long hours at the Roost she enjoys the U.N. Club and Yearbook Staff. In future, you may find her on the pilot ' s knee. She continues to ask, What are you doing Sunday Night? 12.8 RAY DELOREY Ray has two ambitions, to become an elec- trical technician and (when?) he reaches college, a chemist due to his abundant knowledge of alchemy. Ray ' s pastime is kidding friends and playing hard to get. Future plans, to sell whips to Siberian pea- sants and Bibles to African Tribes. LYNNE DOUGAY When Duke isn ' t thinking about Grant Smith touching her hand, she ' s out with The Girls . We wonder why. We often see Lynne coming out of Home Ec. with red, tearful, laughing eyes or else feeling her head for threads. You can usually find her around Aceti ' s. BOB ELLIS Although English isn ' t one of Bob ' s better subjects, especially the homework part, he does fairly well in Math. He wants to torture or teach 9ers Math. Bob ' s hobby is girl watching. TERESA BRUNO Teresa likes to have a good time during Grammar Period but listens attentively in other classes. Her hope is to complete High School and then attend Teachers ' College. Being a Home Economics Club member allows her to exercise her sewing abilities. At present, her prime interest is a certain T.I. ED ENGLISH A faithful follower of Phys-Ed and English, big Ed is a psychochryco man of birds, like the Road Runner, and w ears loud, luminous socks. After school he plans to marry and have 17 kids. His wife may have a few and all his friends and relatives plan to help him out. HELEN BUJAK After H.C.I. Helen plans to become a Home Ec. Teacher now that she has learned how to boil water without bun ing it. JANET FEWSTER Secretly a witch, Janet c sometimes called, can u: ' Janie, as she is ally be found buy- ing cosmetics, planning trips to Europe, or putting a hex on someone. Weekends find her working at the gas station charming both customers and employees. BEV COURT Our girl for this year is pretty Miss Court. Her hobbies are boys with blond, brown, black or red hair and boys with blue, hazel or brown eyes. Another of Bev ' s hobbies is talking. Her future ambition is to educat e the future gener- ations. RICHARD FLUKE Due to his superb knowledge of the English language, Richard is in great demand by Webster ' s. They starve for his ability with words. He abhors the Charlatans of Literature -- such as Shakespeare and Whitman. His words of wisdom to the world are SEMPER UBI SUB UBI.

JANICE LIGGETT Jan is continually trying to shrink her cheerleader sweater to fit properly. She amuses the class with her jokes and hopes to successfully complete one experiment in chemistry without break- ing a test tube. She plans for the future to make freshmen high school girls sweat it out in gym class. cathy Mcdonald Cathy is a pretty quiet blonde (get it?) who has been an enthusiastic member in our Concert Band and folk singers club. As of now, her future is undecided, but she has a special interest in Peterborough, Ontario. SYD NADEL Our class politician continues to argue on any subject especially that there is one superior race. He has been active in school football, volleyball, and basket- ball. Syd wishes to attend university in Israel and become a shepherd who makes nice with his neighbours. MARCEL PUCAI - no obit OLGASHUSTYK Chairman of the U.N. Club, member of the Social Committee, the Yearbook Staff, and one of the most active participants at football games, Olga is always ready to support Delta. In the future she hopes to come back to Delta and teach History. JANET SHYNAL Janet Shynal is petite but full of energy. She often gets criticized for her big brown eyes. When not spending her hard-earned money at Yorkdale Plaza, she is running between Yearbook Staff meetings and Folk Club meetings of which she is Vice- President. DAVID SUMNER With that firm, steel-jawed look of authority Dave stands out in a crowd. He always has interesting bits of poetry for his friends to read. Dave was condemned by Ann Landers, and being a courageous fellow, condemned her right back. JOHN TODOROVIC John took part in school football, track and gymnastics. His interests lie in Geography, History and English and P.E. He hopes later to teach in some of these fields and maybe haunt the old halls of Delta. CAROL RONBECK This proud Deltonian finds little time for anything else when she gets wrapped up in her work at the Y and Kiwanis. She looks forward to her weekends and a certain bus from Guelph. In the future Carol plans to change the human race as a social worker. STEVE SAVICH Steve is untrusted by the area girls so much that he has to do his hunting out of town (Waterdown High). Plans for a Forestry degree and Bev. member of D.O.A. and enjoys the facilities of Happy Rock . LINDA SHAKESHAFT Shaky is the blonde bomber of 12.7 who spends most of her time trying to get her dates straight. (Poor Wayne). By the end of this year she will have broken every test tube in chemistry. In future she plans to teach retarded children. MARG TOZER Marg is that swinging chick who can usually be seen hopping around Mac before, during and after the weekend. Many people flock around this vivacious damsel to share her philosophy -to live is to laugh, love and be happy. Future plans - university.

CATHY GRAY Cathy is terribly horr esick for Montreal where all her dreams exist. Notm any people kn awCath (not even her teachers), since v e seldom see her. Sheal ,0 needs Here Cards . In the future Cathy hopes to become a million airess and travel by b eing an actress. Cathy relaxes by doi ng Yoga. LORRAINE LAWRENCE Lorraine is a funny kid and has her very own laugh. She spends her summers baby- sitting at a certain camp. Her ambition in life is to make a banana split in Home Ec. class. Her future plans include playing Mother Goose to children. SHIRLEY LEACOCK Shirley is a very happy girl who regards everyone with a smile in the morning. She goes in for drastic hair changes that take everyone by surprise and is now learning to drive a car. Her plans to be a dietician are in the making now. VICKIE HADDEN Miss Spoiled Brat of the year 68 69. She adores chocolate cake and has a tendency to dream of cheeseburgers in chemistry class. With no plans for the future, except marriage-K.C, alias Cork . She believes in instant parties. Her sayings of the day are known to be of peculiar nature. CHRIS MALEC Chris is a very conscientious student except when it comes to school. She has many o utside interests which can be summed up in 2 words: Boys and Cars, in that order. Her life ' s ambition is to win the Indiana- polis 500 but P.H., known as Doodler, has different ideas. GLENN McHARG Glenn is a cool sort of guy. He is good in school, except for math, chemistry, history, French, English ... His pet peeve is people who call him Glenny. His main ambition is to get to English on time. LESLIE HARDING Leslie L. Harding, son of the sceptered isle of Newfoundland, possessor of the world ' s greatest male body and raconteur extraordinaire of jokes, criticisms, puns, off the cuff remarks and humourous stories frequently ribald in nature. REBA HATHAWAY After H.C.I. Reba plans to attend Waterloo University to major in Physical Education. She can be seen most lunch hours rushing down to the cafeteria for lunch. TOM PETRIE Tom is the shy guy of 12.8, or so he says! He has a severe attraction for girls. He also likes bothering Duke. On weekends you can find him indulging in billiards. Tom doesn ' t like girls drinking. He plans to be a chartered accountant. BERNICE KLIMEK Bonnie doesn ' t know rf she likes the drum corps or the Police Force better. She changes her mind each week. She is active in both Social and Publicity Committees. Bonnie needs a Here Card not an absent card. Famous last words I ' ll bring it tomorrow. Sir. ANN REYNOLDS As a secret agent of the MAFIA, Annie uses the drama club to practise her acting so she can cover as a brush-cutted alien in Mr. Spock ' s Enterprise army.
