12.1 BARBARA BLASCHUK Barb is a determined person who would rather fight than switch in anything she believes. While attending S.W.C., she was determined to stay afloat in their pool; now at Delta, she is deter- mined to graduate before she is old and gray. ARDYCE HAMILTON Hammy is forever running out of smokes. She is seriously and constantly telling all to get serious . a ANN CHURCH Ann is sometimes so quiet that you can ' t tell she ' s there. She loves typing so much that she can ' t bear to go homi at 3:30. She hopes to break one hun- dred while bowling. BARBARA CRITTLE Finding the right locker in the morn- ings is one of Barb ' s chief problems, as she is constantly thinking about her fiance. Sure to win an Olympic medal for Shorthand speed reading. Barb can always be seen being admonished by Ann-Marie for nail-biting in Economic; class. JANICE HAWKINS Jan is a very mysterious girl. She didn ' t hand in an obit. Is that why she ' s smilinc We ' ll never know. JANICE JORDAN Janice, who is new at Delta this year, hopes to become a Secretary to a Corporal . She can often be seen eating a doughnut with a certain blond friend. Her pet peeve is no mail delivery on Saturdays. JOANNE DOBRUCKI This sweet, quiet!!? girl can often be seen talking to Mrs. Dawdy after class and to Ann-Marie during them. Never one to take sides in an argument, her favourite saying is Who ' s going out for lunch? Her ambition is to make a grand tour of every school in the City! WENDY DONAHUE Wan is a former Glendale student. She plans to marry ascertain J.M. at the end of the school year. Her favourite sayings are Hey Gang , and Do me a favour . Her pet peeves are foolish peo- ple and being told what to do. ANNA-MARIE HAGER Anna-Marie was so busy writing others ' obits, that she didn ' t get one for her- DEBBIE LAWRENCE Debbie has a funny habit of chasing boys without them knowing it, and is a perpetual drinker of milk!?! Being a member of the inseparable seven, she never spends a dull weekend without the girls. Thanks to Debbie, the Grad Committee will never be the same. CHARLENE MACDONALD Charlene has big green eyes and blonde hair. She has one of the nicest personalities too! Her weaknesses are Ron, a certain quiet guy at Delta and a sports car. Her ambition is to marry Ron and live in a huge r SANDRA MARCH Sandra likes 10-pin bowling and badminton. She ' s also the candy girt at the Avon Theatre, so be nice to her! j PAT HAMILTON If Pat marries her pilot, she will be very well-known. If not, she will be a switch- board operator. She is very talkative, and our class real estate expert. ANNETTE MARKESIC After high school, Annette hopes to keep busy by taking Shorthand at 140 w.p.m. while sitting on her Boss ' knee. If this falls through she ' ll take over for Ann Landers, as she is always solving problems for her friends. Her proudest achievement was diving off the little diving board at S.W.C.

MARY KATALINICH Mary is a quiet person who doesn ' t talk much. She is a bright person and is liked by her classmates and teachers. Her future, socially and otherwise, is un- known, since she has had a hard time keeping her mind on one boy. DEBBIE McGUIRE Deb is the silent type, who comes from Camp Borden. Nobody knows much about Debbie. Her pet peeve is not knowing what is going on in shorthand, after being absent a few days. SHIRLEY MESSNER ■ no obit DONNA OCTABINSKI This shy blonde has a special liking for private birthday parties. She may be seen riding around on the back of her boyfriend ' s motorcycle. She hopes she won ' t end up supporting her future husband, P.T. ANN RADIKOVICH This transfer from S.W.C. has high hopes of getting her driver ' s license. Her main ambi- tion is to someday play hockey for the New York Rangers, when she masters the art of skating. JOYCE UTMAN This former student of Central plans to one day be a secretary for M.R. Her pet peeve is trying to wait on customers while doing her homework. She hopes by the end of the year to be able to write shorthand as fast as she can talk. RITA VALERI She is an early riser who gets to school at 8:20 a.m. Her pet peeve is people who lie. She is interested in being a secretary in Italy. KAREN WALKER She can often be seen driving her boy- friend ' s car. She always is losing things and hates her shorthand homework. She is extremely susceptible to illnesses and has to leave before classes start. LEE PATRIZO Lee is often seen early in the morni doing her homework in the washroc When she comes to school, her class mates see a real scholar in action. SI is another of our expert shorthand readers. LYN PETCH Lyn, our future member of Parliament, finds Fridays her best day but nobody knows why. She is a member of the Grad Committee and the Young Liberals. Her ambition is to be Trudeau ' i private secretary. DEBORAH WILLIAMS Debbie ' s favourite pastime is going to Mohawk ' s dances and to the States on weekends. Her pet peeve is seeing girls younger than herself getting married. He ambition is to finish school and get marr MAR1LYNE WOODWORTH Marilyne has pretty blue eyes and a very nice smile. Her main interest is Rick. She hopes to attend Mohawk for a few years. SANDRA PRATT Mr. Awram ' s favourite bookkeeper, Sandra can often be seen sneaking off to lunch. Known for her love of shorthand, she spends her time talking about Bob and looking forward to current events in Economics class. JANE YOUNG Jane is one of the quieter members of the class. Another gold-medal winner in short- hand speed reading, she may decide to specialize in typing.
