The large num ber of foreigners, 16 repre- senting six countries and 6 Americans, couldn't overcome communication problems that resulted in a disappointing season. The Pioneers finish- ed at 5-5-1. In the North- wood encounter, Delta lost its all-conference goalkeep- er, Bill Paige. Stan Krajkow- ski replaced Paige and fared well. Among highlights of the '75 soccer squad was the selection of Soleman Younes, Lalor Roddy, Rob Keit, and Manual Gerrara to the Michi- gan Community College Athle- tic Association Central Divi- sion All-Conference Team. Roddy, a native of Belfast, Northern Ireland, was select ed to the all-regional team and later selected to the honorable mention All-Ameri- can squad.
