George Pease Technical Division Chairman An engineering technician is one whose education and experience qualify him to work in the field of engineering technol¬ ogy. He differs from a craftsman in his knowledge of scientific and engineering theory and methods, and from an engi¬ neer in his more specialized background and in his use of technical skills in sup¬ port of engineering activities. The technical division makes Delta students must be made aware of the opportunities presented to them by the existence of our high-level technical cur ¬ ricula. These are not dead-end programs, but are programs that make it possible to continue study in a chosen field to meet the ever changing demands of our technical society.
