All this information is collected, evaluated, prepared and distributed as necessary, then filed and kept ready for instantaneous reference if necessary. Instructions from higher authorities dealing with any situation that might arise plus instructions on the use, mainte- nance, upkeep, repair or renewal of equipment are maintained on file. It is composed of twenty-nine highly efficient and Well equipped repair shops, Working together as a team to provide a com- prehensive repair service to all Pacific Fleet ships.
