Our Social Calendar consisted of traditional Senior and Junior Proms and a variety of in- formal dances sponsored by the publications staffs or by individual classes. XVith decorations befitting the theme-whether in the lighter atmosphere of a Sadie Hawkins, an eerie Hob- goblin Hop, a sprightly Easter Bunny Hop or dignified by billowy gowns and fragrant corsages -our school dances always created an atmosphere of charm. . of 8 Ronald Shireman and Nancy Blettner Co chairmen of Junior Prom com- Phil Young's Orchestra furnishes smooth rhyth- mic music for youthful couples who whirl and twirl at the Junior Prom. Staff members Don Lawrence, Dot Sanders, Pat Hicks, Jo Weaver, Donna Roth and Anne Haenn confer with Gary Sterner, Orchestra Leader for the Christmas Dance. In holiday mood Delonites in Christmas setting of ever- greens, candles and mistletoe, dance dreamily to strains of Gary Sterner's Orchestra.
