In Appreciation 'T We dedicate the 1977-78 La-Del to Mrs. Ed King. For 28 years Mrs. King has been a part of Delmar and has dispensed care and attention to the students as well as soft drinks, candy, and school supplies. Mrs. King and her late husband started the operation of the store as it is known to the students, in 1950, and she continued with the store following his death in 1957. ln addition to rearing three children of her own, Mrs. King has had an instrumental part in the lives of all the children in Delmar School for many years, and is as much a part of school life as books and lessons. ff
